The list of stuff to be done

In no particular order:

Find the anchors.
Locate and replace the missing porthole glass.
Soak the hull allowing the planks to swell and make watertight.
Remove the gangplank and replace with something less industrial.
Remove the swimming platform.
Check solar panels and trickle charger.
Remove replace rotten bump strip.
Replace front cabin window frames.
Re-cover whole deck.
Pack and repair the transom.
Forward chain guides and roping post to be replaced.
Signal bars need replacing.
Straighten Fly Bridge roof and remount solar panel properly.
Aft rails to be stripped and re-varnished.
Throw away the fridge - its rotten inside.
Refurbish the bridge console.
Marina auto-pilot is non functional.
Requires a new DSC VHF radio.
Locate and replace the auxillary wheelhouse battery.
Strip and re-finish the internal metalwork
Remove, clean, re-fit both heads (toilets).
Service engines.
Remove and service leaking turbo.
Replace all wiring.
Procure new safety equipment (lifejackets, liferaft, flares, horns, fire extinguishers, first-aid kit)
Fit waste holding tank.
Strip, caulk and re-finish the hull.
Check rudder linkages and operation.
Build engine room floor.
Check bilge pumps.
Move galley into bridge area.
Internal re-fit.
